Our Espresso Blend is mix of seasonally rotating south and central American coffees alongside a low percentage of a pulped natural Brazil. We look for balance, a creamy texture and stone fruit flavors to come forward. This balances the acidity coming from the typically Colombian, Mexican, or Guatemalan coffee we use as the backbone of the blend. A good espresso by itself, it shines in milk and produces a wonderfully balanced cortado or latte.
