Roasting and Shipping We roast Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders in by 8am Tuesday ship that Thursday. Orders placed after that ship with the following week's roast, or the same week when coffee is already on hand from the previous roast. Orders over $100 ship free within the United States. Roasted in Indianapolis, Indiana
