This washed process starts with full cherry fermentation for 48 hours. After the first step the cherry is pulped and fermented for other 48 hours in mucilage. Drying is done on African style beds inside a parabolic dish for 15 days, being moved every hour. This a very clean and expressive coffee with fermentation used expertly to elevate the tropical notes and florality of this Pink Bourbon.
